Fall Family Photos

I have been a little (okay,  alot)  slacking in posting to the blog. I have had a wonder fall of family photos.  We had a blast taking these family photos.  It is great when you are in someone's yard and we are letting everyone have fun, be who they are and these are the great family photos that you get to capture.  Beautiful family!!!

Happy 1st Birthday - My little Princess!

I love this little girl!  And I was so privileged to get to take pictures of her on her special day - Happy 1st Birthday!!!  I can't believe it has already been a whole year.  This year has gone by so quickly.   She is growing up too fast.  Happy Birthday big girl!

And there is candy inside???........

There is nothing more precious than a child's laugh - it makes me happy just thinking about how much fun she had playing with the balloon.

That's what 4 year old boys do......

I had the pleasure of photographing this little boy again as he celebrates his 4th birthday.  He steals my heart every time....  he is so much fun.  We find bugs, collect sticks (last time it was rocks), and get a little dirty (he is 100% boy)  I love talking to him, exploring the surroundings with him and watching his interactions with his parents - you can tell they are a very loving family and very close to each other.  And needless to say, I love his dimples.  When he smiles..... you can't help but smile too.

Tonight's the Night..... Raleigh Mom Prom

It is time!!!!  Tonight is the night for Mom Prom.  Everyone is getting ready to dance and raise money for a some wonderful causes that are very close to our hearts.

Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day !!!

I always say jump in front of the camera with your kids any chance you get - they don't stay that age long, capture the memories and the love of being a mother.  I attached just a few pictures of my photography customers  that have jumped in front of the camera with their kids to capture the memories.

Family...... there are two and soon to be three!!!

I am blessed to have spent the day with one of my favorite couples.  They are expecting their first child really really soon - they are going to be the best parents!!!!!!  I am so excited for them.  I can't thank them enough for letting me capture this moment in time for them - what a wonderful time.  We are all excited and waiting for the arrival of Baby R.   Here is a few of my favs from our photo shoot today - love you guys!!!

Springtime is Family-time at the Park

Today was the most beautiful Spring day in North Carolina (well if you look past the pollen clouds).  But the Spring flowers are in bloom and the weather was so nice and I had the pleasure of spending my afternoon with these two handsome guys (and their parents) !  I had such a great time with this family.  I loved every second we were together and they were all such troopers and so much fun to take pictures of.  This is the smartest Mom I know - we made some date adjustments so she could capture this moment in time before her oldest lost his two front teeth. They are very loose and now that our photo shoot is over - bring on the tooth fairy.
